Prices quoted are for rental of the entire villa and include housekeeping, maintenance and the provision of  bed linen, towels etc.   Larger groups, up to 10 or 12 persons can occupy the villa plus a two bedroom annexe. 
Koh Naka Retreat is more than just a rental villa.   The location is your private "mini-resort" with extra luxury services and facilities you would expect from a major resort but with the additional benefits of privacy and exclusivity. 
Unlike most "self catering" villas we do not expect our guests to spend their vacation time shopping, transporting food and drink and cooking.   For full enjoyment of your vacation, included in the price you pay, is the provision of high quality meals and the services of a cook.   For your complete relaxation we can also arrange to have a qualified masseuse resident in the staff accommodation on site during your stay. 
For boating enthusiasts a choice of boats with boatman is available.   Numerous sightseeing and activity trips can be arranged upon request.

The first 2 children under 5 years of age, or the first child from 5 to 12 years may be disregarded when calculating the number of persons.   The next 2 children under 12 years may be calculated as one person.   All further children and all children over 12 years  should be included in the number of persons.    Please bear in mind our maximum occupancy which is 6 in the villa alone and 12 in the villa plus annexe.   A cot can be provided for very young children.   The number of and ages of ALL children in your party must be stated where required on the pages which  follow this.   Your free entitlement or any discounts will not be affected as these have already been applied when you continue from this page.
