the description of the villa and its availability on your arrival.

Using RentalSystems
you may pay for your booking online by credit / debit card 24 / 7.
Your payment is made to RentalSystems.com and not directly to the operator
of the villa.
All payments are
held securely by RentalSystems.com in a seperate client account.
The villa operator is not paid by RentalSystems until your rental period
is over. The villa operator's existing relationship with RentalSystems
is your assurance that your interests will be protected.
RentalSystems rates
villas by rental customers' satisfaction and by evaluating the past history
of the villa operators' use of the system. This villa is rated
by RentalSystems as "Best Buy" - the highest available rating.

Obtaining a price
quotation
You may safely use
this system to obtain pricing information No credit card
information is required to obtain a quotation or make a booking enquiry.
You can obtain an instant online quotation by following the instructions
in the box below. Using the booking system or making a reservation
does not involve you in any payment obligation as no contract exists until
you have paid a deposit.
Discounts
If you have been
provided with a discount code please follow the quotation links below and
enter it in the appropriate box.
Last minute booking
discounts are usually available. Our normal minimum rental
duration is one week. If the availability calendar shows an
available period of less than one week between two existing bookings please
ask for a discounted rate for that period. |

Prices quoted are
based upon rental of the entire villa which accommodates up to 6 persons.
Larger groups of up to 12 persons may rent the villa plus a 3 bedroom annexe.
All rates include housekeeping, maintenance and the provision of
bed linen, towels etc.
Unlike most
rental villas which are "self catering" we do not expect our guests to
spend their vacation time shopping, transporting food and drink and cooking.
For full enjoyment of your vacation, included in the price you pay, is
the provision of high quality meals and the services of a cook.
For your complete
relaxation we can also arrange to have a qualified masseuse resident in
the staff accommodation on site during your stay.
Numerous sightseeing and activity trips can be arranged upon request.
